The gentle-yet-juicy routine requires a yoga mat and two blocks. “If you do not have a yoga block, a book will do just as well,” says Ferguson. This flow accommodates all levels, so whether you’re a pro or a newbie, you can benefit from this refreshing and rejuvenating series of poses.
By the end, Ferguson hopes you’ll be more open to whatever surprises might await you this season. “I just invite you to say this with me, maybe in your head or even out loud: ‘I am in flow with my life, and I welcome the changes,’” she says.
